Your Subscription will begin with the current Issue

1. Subscriptions begin with the current issue, which will be available for viewing immediately.

2. Subsequent issues in your subscription will appear in your Hoofbeats Magazine App on the Newsstand bookshelf as they are published.

3. Your subscription will auto renew unless you turn it off. See instructions under ‘Managing your Auto Renewal’.

4. Subscriptions buy button is located by clicking the 'subscriptions' tab at the bottom of the bookshelf.

5. Once purchased each issue appears in the 'Issues' tab bookshelf. To refresh - pull down the bookshelf and release.
 


Individual Issues and Backcopies

1. You can preview the individual issues using the Preview button (from June/July 2013 issue on)
 
2. Allow time for the issue to download to your device - usually about 40 seconds

Trouble Viewing your Magazine - try these Quick Fixes

1. Slide down the bookshelf and release to refresh. (You will see the message at the top - Loading)

2. Restart the app

3. Restart the app, but also make sure to shut it down completely before restarting -  see Apple Support for Help

4. Make sure you have the latest version of iOS installed on your device

5. Make sure there are no updates available on the App Store

6. Uninstall and re-install the App. Your purchase will be recorded in the Apple Store and uninstalling/re-installing will not delete your purchase.

7. Take screenshots and report the issue to us, providing the steps required to replicate. Issue report should also include the device and iOS you are currently using. Email your details to emag@hoofbeats.com.au
 


Users using an app that is crashing

1. Make sure you have the latest version by checking for updates on app store

2. Please take a screenshot using by pressing the home and power button and submit an error report to us, providing the steps needed to replicate the issue and the current device + iOS version you are using.
